PW geoenergy a. s. (PWG) is a SPV company, a joint venture between the companies PW Energy, a.s. and Stredoslovenská energetika Holding, a. s.. Main purpose of the company is the development and operation of geothermal power plants in the vicinity of the regional city of Žiar nad Hronom, with a collective installed capacity of up to 20 MWe within three individual power plants. PWG is a member of the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC) and the Association of Slovak geothermal energy (Asociácia geotermálnej energie Slovenska - AGES).
PWG is a development company with sole focus on construction and operation of geothermal power plants within region of Žiar nad Hronom.
